You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Using the Site for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

     

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product descriptions at any time without notice.

 

4.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and include shipping fees. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

4.3 Payment Methods

 All payments must be made at the time of purchase.

 

4.4 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment. Thread Paws reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or inability to process payment. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email, and any charges will be refunded promptly. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Shipping and Returns

5.1 Shipping

We only ship to U.S. locations. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. However, we reserve the right not to ship to certain locations for any reason. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Personalized Products
6.1 Image Submission and Approval:

  • Once you place an order and upload your image, we will create a mockup of your personalized product and send it to you for approval.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images are free of copyrighted material unless permission is granted, and do not contain offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content.

6.2 Revisions Policy:

  • Each customer is entitled to one free revision of their mockup, which can include adjustments such as resizing, shifting the image, removing the background, or swapping the image entirely.

  • Additional revisions beyond the one free one are available at a cost of $2 per revision.

  • If, after the revisions, the customer is still not satisfied, they may request a refund for 50% of the order total.

6.3 Refund Policy:

  • If a refund is requested before any mockup is sent, customers are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once a mockup is sent, refunds are limited to 80% of the product total, as the design process has already begun.

6.4 Approval Deadline:

  • After sending a mockup, we will wait up to 5 business days for customer feedback.

  • If no response is received within this period, the initial mockup will be considered approved, and the product will be printed as-is.

6.5 Responsibility for Content:

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the content they upload complies with these guidelines and meets their expectations.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Thread Paws (DMD SOLUTIONS LLC) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Thread Paws disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thread Paws (DMD SOLUTIONS LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
