Approve your design
Once we receive your order, our design team will start creating a "mockup" to show you what your product will look like. Within 24 hours of your order time, you will receive an email that contains the mockup. At that point, you will have three options.
Looks good!
Great! Just respond to the email and let us know! We will send your design off to the printer ASAP!
I don't like it
No problem! Every order includes one free revision!* Just respond to the email and let us know what you want us to change!
Refund?
Once a mockup has been sent, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the product* If no mockup has been sent, you are still eligible for a 100% refund*
